Before you begin
This feature must be enabled by an administrator before you can use it. To learn more, see Enable deleting files in the mobile app.
To delete a file from a work order:
In the feature menu, tap Work orders.
Select the work order you want to delete a file from.
Press and hold the file you want to delete. The app displays a green checkmark next to the file to show that it's selected:
If you want to delete additional files, select them from the list.
In the confirmation message that appears, tap Delete.
