You can use our mobile app on devices that run one of the following OS versions:
- Android version 11 or later
- iOS version 17 or later (and iPadOS version 17 or later)
Additional notes:
- We give advance notice of changes to version support in release notes (e.g. Apr 7, 2026 - Upcoming changes to version support).
- Users can get early access to mobile app updates through the mobile beta test program.
- We do not support modded or rooted Android or iOS devices.
- We do not support enterprise mobile management (EMM) solutions.
- We do not support side-loaded apps (apps installed from a source other than Apple or Android's official app store, or the Testflight version of the mobile app for beta users). You must install the app from the Play Store or App Store.
