About the mobile app beta test program

Before you begin

All feedback related to the Fiix mobile app beta program should be sent to support@fiixsoftware.com.

All users are eligible to join the beta program as long as they're using the Fiix CMMS on mobile. The beta version of the app is unreleased to the public and may include bugs, breakages, or features that change over time.

Interested users are invited to join the mobile app beta testing program for the Fiix CMMS mobile app. Beta testers get early access to the latest updates, and can help the Fiix team catch bugs early, gather valuable feedback, and fine-tune app performance for smoother releases. Beta users can:

  • Use the latest, not-yet-released-to-all-users version of the Fiix CMMS mobile app
  • Report any bugs, glitches, and additional feedback to improve the app
  • Share your experience directly with the Fiix team

To join the mobile app beta testing program:

Join the mobile app beta testing program for Android:

  1. Download the Fiix CMMS app from the Google Play store.
  2. In the app, navigate to Join the beta section at the bottom of the home screen.
  3. Click Join and confirm.
  4. Once your enrolment is confirmed and you've received the confirmation email, update the app to the latest beta version directly from the Play Store.

Join the mobile app beta testing program for iOS:

  1. Download TestFlight from the App Store.
  2. Search and install TestFlight.
  3. Click here to open the beta landing page and click Join the Fiix CMMS beta. 
  4. Click Accept to join the beta program. This will open the Fiix CMMS in TestFlight.
  5. Click Install to download and install beta version of the Fiix CMMS mobile app. 
  6. Allow automatic updates by navigating to the Fiix CMMS and toggling Automatic Updates. 

Leave the beta program (Android)

  1. In the Google Play Store, navigate to the Fiix CMMS app.
  2. In the Beta section, click Leave.
  3. Uninstall the beta version of the app from your device.
  4. Download and install the public version of the Fiix CMMS from the Play Store. 

Leave the beta program (iOS)

  1. In the TestFlight app, select Fiix CMMS.
  2. Click Stop Testing.
  3. This will remove your access to the beta program through TestFlight. To keep using the Fiix CMMS on mobile, re-download the public version of the Fiix CMMS from the app store.
