This release includes:
Lite license and operator portal
We're releasing a new license type (Lite license), allowing users with this license type to access a new, simplified CMMS.
The Lite license is a separate, add-on CMMS product for Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans. The Lite license grants access to the streamlined operator portal.
The operator portal and the Lite license are for organizations with operators doing regular checks and inspection tasks. These operators are performing important work, but they don't need access to the entire CMMS. The portal has been designed as a streamlined CMMS with these operators in mind.
Users that are assigned the Lite license (instead of a standard license) will automatically open the operator portal instead of the standard CMMS, where they can search for assets and complete work orders and tasks:
In the operator portal, users can:
- View assets and any open work orders
- Complete tasks on work orders
- Add attachments to work orders
- Change a work order's status

Mobile release (v1.58.0)
Before you begin
In a future scheduled release of the mobile app (version 1.60.0), we will no longer support Android 10 and iOS 16. See Upcoming change to version support for more information.
This release includes the following changes to the mobile app version 1.58.0:
- Work order due date filter now uses site time zone
- Improved app sync speed for multi-site users
- Security and performance enhancements
- Upcoming change to version support (iOS and Android devices)
- Root detection for data security (Android devices)
- Bug fixes
Work order due date filter now uses site time zone
The work order due date filter now orders results based on the time zone of the site being viewed, not the time zone of the user’s device. Users who filter work orders by due date will now see more consistent and accurate dates, as filtering by due date uses the time zone where the work is due regardless of where the user is located.
Improved app sync speed for multi-site users
We’ve reduced the login and sync load time for some users in multi-site configurations. Users with single-site access in multi-site configurations should see their login and sync load time reduced as the system now loads parts more efficiently.
Upcoming change to version support
In a future scheduled release of the mobile app (version 1.60.0) we will no longer support Android 10 and iOS 16, as Android and Apple are no longer offering security support for these versions. We recommend updating your devices to Android 11 and iOS 17 or later.
Security and performance enhancements (iOS devices)
In this release, we’ve made a number of security and performance-related enhancements for iOS devices.
Root detection for data security (Android devices)
We've added basic root detection capabilities to better secure user data by identifying devices that have bypassed Android's built-in security restrictions. Rooted devices (Android smartphones or tablets that have been modified for root access) are no longer compatible with the mobile app or web app.
