Audit trail allows you to access change logs for your equipment, work orders, and user management records, which can help you track specific changes and gather data for audits. The feature is divided across 3 tabs: one for equipment, one for work orders, and one for user management (i.e. users, user groups, and roles).
You can use audit trail to track create, update, and delete actions (called "events") on records, such as:

The creation of a new user, user group, or role

Updates to a wok order, such as its status or priority
- Offline events for an equipment record, such as when it was taken offline and for what reason
