Audit trail allows you to access change logs for your equipment records and work orders, which can be helpful in tracking down specific changes, as well as gathering data for audits. The feature is divided across 2 tabs: one for equipment records and a second for work order records.
You can use audit trail to track create, update, and delete actions (called "events") on equipment records and work orders, such as:

The creation of a work order or equipment record

Updates to a wok order, such as its status or priority
- Offline events for an equipment record, such as when it was taken offline and for what reason
