Share inventory across sites

To allow sites to share their inventory, the site must be made available to other sites. 

To make a site available for inventory sharing: 

1. Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings.
2. Click the Sites tab:
   
   
3. Click Site Settings next to the site that you would like to open to sharing:
   
4. Click the Site Availability tab:
   
   
5. Click the Add button:
   
   
6. In the Site Availability pop-up, toggle the site availability switch from Inactive to Active: 
   
   
7. In the Allowed Site drop-down menu: 
   • To allow just one site to access and consume inventory from this site, click the allowed site. 
   • To allow some, but not all, sites to access and consume inventory from this site, repeat steps 5-7 for each allowed site.
   • To allow all sites to access and consume inventory from this site, click All Sites: 
     
8. Click OK:
   
   
9. Click OK:
