Audience: Administrators, users with the Stock and Stock Adjustment page permissions and Can See Supplies Top Menu menu permissions.
Users who want to update many stock records at once can use the batch stock adjustment tool. The tool allows up to 14 stock records to be updated at a time, while viewing the minimum and maximum desired quantity of that stock item.
Batch stock adjustment is best used to ensure that the digital record of stock matches the on-hand reality, and that your stock quantities fall within your minimum and maximum desired amounts.
To bulk update stock:
- Navigate to Supplies > Batch stock adjustment.
- Select the items that you'd like to adjust stock quantities for in the dropdown menu:
- Enter in the new (updated) quantity of the stock:
- Repeat for all stock to be adjusted.
- Click OK to save:
