Parts stocked at one site can be transferred to another site. Transferring stock updates the quantity on hand values at both locations.
To complete a transfer, the part must be added to both the sending and receiving locations, and the feature needs to be turned on by your Fiix representative. Stock transfer is not compatible when FIFO is enabled on the CMMS, so users with FIFO currently can’t transfer stock.
After stock has been transferred, transfer history is recorded and viewable from the stock details page.
