Enable access to ARP

Before you begin

Asset Risk Predictor must be purchased separately from a Fiix representative. To learn more, see ARP eligibility FAQ.

Once Asset Risk Predictor (ARP) has been set up for your organization, there are 2 main steps to enable access for the users who need it:

  1. Granting access to the feature via a menu permission in user groups.
  2. Assigning analytics seats to individual users.

To grant access to the feature:

  1. Go to Settings > User Groups.
  2. Click the user group you want to grant access to.
  3. Click the Menu permissions tab.
  4. Select the Can See 'Assets Risk Predictor' Menu Item checkbox:
  5. (Optional) To allow users in this user group to change risk level definitions, select the Can See 'Risk Predictor Settings' Menu Item checkbox as well.
  6. Click Save.

In addition to assigning access to the feature, you must also assign an analytics seat to anyone who needs to view the dashboards.

Note

The number of analytics seats you can assign depends on which plan you purchased. If you need additional seats, please contact your Fiix representative.

Unlike menu permissions, seats are assigned to individual users, rather than user groups. To learn more, see Assign analytics seats.
