Before you begin
Asset Risk Predictor must be purchased separately from a Fiix representative. To learn more, see ARP eligibility FAQ.
To learn more about sensors and sensor tags, see the ARP sensors FAQ.
Required permissions: See Enable access to Asset Risk Predictor. To use filters, you must be assigned either a user or creator seat in Analytics.
You can either deactivate or delete a sensor tag once you don't need it anymore.
Deactivating a sensor tag retains the tag's associated information. Its associated sensor record will still be viewable in ARP, although no more data will be collected. The tag can also be reactivated later if the user hasn't reached the maximum number of active sensor tags at the time of reactivation. You may want to deactivate a sensor tag if you want to replace it with something more useful, but still want to see the previous data collected.
On the other hand, deleting a sensor tag will also delete any of its associated records, and it will no longer be displayed as a sensor in the ARP dashboards. You may want to delete a sensor tag if it was added incorrectly in the first place.
