If your organization uses calendar, you'll need to enable access for the necessary non-admin user groups.
To enable access to Calendar:
- Navigate to Settings > User Groups.
- Click the user group you want to enable edit access for.
- Click the Menu Permissions tab.
Select the Can See 'Dashboard' Top Menu and Can See 'Calendar' Menu Item checkboxes:
- Click the Page Permissions tab.
- In the Page drop-down list, select Calendar.
Select the Can Access The 'Calendar' Page checkbox:
- In the Page drop-down list, select Work Order Administration.
Select the Has 'Save' Button On The 'Work Order Administration' Page checkbox:
Note
This permission also grants edit access in Maintenance > Work Orders. This means that any changes you make in this screen will also affect the user's ability to edit work orders.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 2-10 for any additional user groups you want to enable edit access for.
