Shows how many work orders were completed in the past 30 days, by priority. This helps you understand how priorities are distributed across completed work orders.

Completed Work Orders by User

Column

Shows how many work orders were closed by each user in the past 30 days, as well as how much time was spent on each one. This helps you understand which technicians are completing the most work orders.

Created Work Orders by Maintenance Type

Bar

Shows the number of created work orders by maintenance type. This helps you understand how maintenance types are distributed across created work orders.

Created Work Orders by Priority

Pie

Shows the number of created work orders by priority. This helps you understand how priorities are distributed across created work orders.

Labor Hours Logged per Site In Past 7 Days

Column

Shows how many labor hours have been logged by site. This helps you understand which sites have the most logged hours, as well as the associated costs.

Labor Hours Logged per User In Past 7 Days

Column

Shows how many labor hours have been logged by user. This helps you understand which users have logged the most hours, as well as the associated costs.

Meter Reading on Scheduled Maintenance

List

Shows a list of the meter readings that triggered scheduled maintenance. This helps you keep track of when and why work orders were created via a meter reading-based scheduled maintenance trigger.

Moved Asset

Column

Shows how many asset moves occurred each week, over the past 12 weeks.

Open Work Orders

List

Shows a list of all your open work orders from the past 30 days. Each row includes links to the work order and the asset it's for, allowing you to easily view more details about them.

Open Work Orders by Assigned User

Column

Shows the number of open work orders by user, along with their total estimated time. This helps you understand how many work orders are assigned to each of your technicians.

Open Work Orders by Site

Column

Shows the number of open work orders by site, along with their total estimated time. This helps you understand how many work orders are assigned to users at each of your sites.

Open Work Orders by Work Order Status

Column

Shows the number of open work orders by work order status, along with their total estimated time. This helps you understand how work orders are split between work order statuses.

Problem, Cause, Actions

Sankey

Shows the relationship between work orders that have problem, action, and cause codes. This helps you find RCA code patterns across work orders.

Purchase Order Unit Price

List

Shows pricing and quantity information from your purchase orders. This helps you keep track of unit costs and quantities received.

Requested Work Orders Report

List

Shows a list of your work requests (i.e. work orders with the Requested status). From this list, you can use the linked work order code to quickly open the work order and view additional information.

Scheduled vs Unplanned Maintenance Hours Per Week

Line

Shows the weekly percentage of work orders created via scheduled maintenance, versus the percentage created manually. If you're trying to move toward a higher percentage of scheduled maintenance work orders, you can use this report to track your progress.

Scheduled Work Orders on Time Completion %

Bar

Shows the percentage of work orders that were completed on time over the past 6 months. This helps you keep track of how often your work orders are being completed on time (i.e. by their suggested completion date).

Top 10 Asset Categories by Work Order Created

Column

Shows the 10 asset categories with the most work orders, time spent, and estimated time over the past 30 days. This helps you understand which of your asset categories are causing the most work.

Top 20 Assets by Work Order Created

Column

Column

Shows the 50 assets with the highest costs in the past 30 days. This helps you understand which assets you're spending the most money on.

Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance List

List

Shows when the next scheduled maintenance triggers will fire. This helps you plan ahead for upcoming scheduled work.

Shows when the next scheduled maintenance triggers will fire over the next calendar year. This helps you balance the workload for upcoming scheduled work.

List

Shows the costs associated with work orders that were completed in the past 30 days.

Work Order Problem by Asset Report

List

Shows a list of the problem, action, and cause codes logged in work orders, by asset. This helps you identify RCA code patterns across assets.
