The time zone you view looks and dashboards in can impact the data displayed. For example, if a dashboard tile displays the number of closed work orders yesterday, this number will likely differ depending on whether you view it in Eastern Standard Time or Singapore Standard Time.
Each dashboard has its own time zone settings configured by the user who created it. However, you can still temporarily change the time zone while viewing a dashboard.
To change time zones while viewing a dashboard:
- In the actions menu, click the time zone:
- Select a time zone from the drop-down list:
- Click Update.
The dashboard displays in the time zone you select until you navigate away. In other words, if you open a different look, dashboard, or feature, the time zone will revert back to the one in the dashboard settings.
