Fiix Trust Portal

The Fiix Trust Portal contains our compliance, security, and policy documentation, such as our SOC 2 report, data security policies, and network diagram. 

When you first visit the portal, you can only view our public content. All other content is hidden or marked with a lock icon until you've been granted access and your organization has signed a nondisclosure agreement (NDA):

Request access to the Fiix Trust Portal

To request access to the portal:

1. In a browser, open the Trust Portal.
2. Click Get access:
   
3. Enter your email address.
4. Click Continue:
   
5. Complete all required fields in the Request Access form.
6. Select the terms of use checkbox:
   
7. (Optional) To get notified about updates to Rockwell's Trust Portal, select the second checkbox. You will receive updates about all Rockwell products.
8. Click Submit Request.

Once your access has been approved, you'll receive an email with a link to access the portal:

Navigating the Fiix Trust Portal

When you first open the portal, you'll be prompted to agree to the terms of use:

You'll also either be prompted to sign an NDA or reminded of the existing NDA for your organization (if someone else has already signed it):

From here, you can any of the following:

• Find content using the Search bar at the top of the page:
  
• Answer questions using the Ask AI feature:
  
• Switch to a different Rockwell product using the drop-down list in the header:
  
• Submit additional requests (e.g. an annual IT survey) by clicking Submit a questionnaire:
  
• View policies by clicking the corresponding cards. The checkmarks indicate that an item has additional details:
  
• View and download documents. To learn more, see View and download documents below.

View and download documents

We provide a number of documents for you to view and download, such as our SOC 2 report and network diagram:

To access a single document:

1. In the Documents section, click the document you want to access:
   
2. Click View or Download:
   
   Tip: These buttons are hidden until you place your cursor on the file.

To download multiple documents at once:

1. In the Documents section, click Bulk download:
   
2. Select which files you want to download:
   
3. Click Download.

Request access for other users

If there are other users at your organization who need access to the portal, you can request access on their behalf:

1. In the header, click the arrow next to your name:
   
2. In the menu, click Invite colleagues:
   
3.  Enter your colleagues' email addresses, separated by commas.
4. Click Send:
