This dashboard provides more detailed risk data for a single asset:
To view the dashboard:
- Go to Assets > Asset Risk Predictor. This opens the Asset Risk Prediction Overview dashboard.
- In the Latest Risk Level by Asset section, click the asset you want to view risk predictions for.
- In the drop-down list, click More Details:
The application displays the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard for that asset.
The first 2 tiles display the asset's name and code, so that you can easily identify which asset you're viewing risk data for:
The remaining tiles are divided into two sections, and described in the sections linked below:
Hourly Data
The data in this section is updated 3 times a day, every 8 hours.
Last Updated
This tile displays the date and time when the risk data was last updated:
Next Update Expected
This tile displays the date and time of the upcoming update to the risk data:
Hourly Risk History and Forecast
This chart shows both the hourly risk history and predicted risk history for one day (using the date and time in the Last Updated tile):
The values displayed are from whichever sensor had the highest risk score that hour. This means that if an asset has more than one sensor, different hours could display values from different sensors. You can see which sensor's score is being displayed by clicking the hour's column.
Note
If there are values missing, it likely means that the asset was not running those hours. You should start receiving risk data again once the asset is back online.
If you click a column, you can view more granular data, such as by the minute.
To hide columns for a specific risk level, click the risk level in the legend. Click the risk level a second time when you want to display it again.
Daily Data
The data in this section is updated once a day.
Last Updated
This tile displays the date that the daily risk data is from:
All the risk data in the other sections is current as of this date. Because the report is generated daily, it will typically be yesterday's date.
Latest Risk Level
This tile shows the asset's most recent risk level (from the day listed in the tile above), which is the average of that day's hourly risk scores:
An asset's risk level is determined based on its risk score. By default, the risk scores correspond to risk levels as follows:
- Low risk: <300
- Medium risk: 300 - 800
- High risk: >800
If necessary, your organization can customize your risk levels so that they correspond to different risk scores. To learn more, see Change risk level definitions for Asset Risk Predictor.
Asset Uptime
This tile shows what percentage of the day the asset was online:
Uptime is calculated using the IsMachineRunning tag. When this tag is set to true, the asset is considered to be online.
Each minute of the day is represented as a separate row in the data, meaning that each day will have 1440 rows total (24 hours x 60 minutes). To calculate uptime, Asset Risk Predictor totals the number of rows where the IsMachineRunning tag is set to true, and then divides it the total number of rows. For example, if the IsMachineRunning tag is set to true in 1080 rows, the asset's uptime would be 75% (i.e. 1080/1440).
This also means that the percentage represents total uptime for the day, rather than continuous uptime. For example, if an asset’s uptime is 50%, it means that the asset was online for 12 hours total, but not necessarily 12 hours in a row.
Daily Risk History
This chart shows the asset's daily risk score history for the past 3 months:
This chart displays the average score for each day (i.e. the average from the hourly scores over that 24-hour period). If you click a day's column, it displays the name of the sensor that had the highest score for the most number of hours during that day:
Note
If there are values missing, it likely means that the asset was not running those days. You should start receiving risk data again once the asset is back online.
To hide columns for a specific risk level, click the risk level in the legend. Click the risk level a second time when you want to display it again.
To change the dates displayed in the chart, select new dates in the Daily Risk History Date Range filter:
Latest Risk Level by Sensor
This list shows the highest risk level each sensor reached on the date in the Last Updated tile:
An asset's sensors are created as child assets in your CMMS during initial setup. To learn more, see step 3 in Overview: Asset Risk Predictor setup.
Note
The first row displays the sensor group score, which is a beta feature that helps you better identify risks during onboarding. To learn more, see our release notes.
