This dashboard provides more detailed risk data for a single asset:
To view the dashboard:
- Go to Assets > Asset Risk Predictor. This opens the Asset Risk Prediction Overview dashboard.
- In the Latest Risk Level by Asset section, click the asset you want to view risk predictions for.
- In the drop-down list, click More Details:
The application displays the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard for that asset.
The first 2 tiles display the asset's name and code, so that you can easily identify which asset you're viewing risk data for:
The remaining tiles are described in the sections linked below:
- Latest risk data as of
- Latest risk level
- Predicted risk level
- Hourly risk history
- Daily risk history
- Latest risk level by sensor
- Past risk levels by sensor
- Top 10 active work orders
- 10 most recently closed work orders
- Report generated on
Latest risk data as of
This tile displays the date that the risk data is from:
All the risk data in the other sections is current as of this date. Because the report is generated daily, it will typically be yesterday's date.
Latest risk level
This tile shows the asset's most recent risk level (from the day listed in the tile above):
An asset's risk level is determined based on its risk score. By default, the risk scores correspond to risk levels as follows:
- Low risk: <300
- Medium risk: 300 - 800
- High risk: >800
If necessary, your organization can customize your risk levels so that they correspond to different risk scores. To learn more, see Change risk level definitions for Asset Risk Predictor.
Predicted risk level
If no action is taken to address the risk (such as performing maintenance or improving operational processes), this is the risk level we predict that the asset will be at by the next report:
Hourly risk history
This chart shows the hourly risk history from the date in the Latest risk data as of tile:
The values displayed are from whichever sensor had the highest risk score that hour. This means that if an asset has more than one sensor, different hours could display values from different sensors. You can see which sensor's score is being displayed by clicking the hour's column:
Note
If there are values missing, it likely means that the asset was not running those hours. You should start receiving risk data again once the asset is back online.
If you click a column, you can view data to the minute:
To hide columns for a specific risk level, click the risk level in the legend. Click the risk level a second time when you want to display it again.
You can view up to 30 days of historical data via the explore:
- In the tile's action menu
, click Explore from here:
- In the Filters section, change the event date filter:
- Click Run.
Daily risk history
This chart shows the asset's daily risk score history for the past 3 months:
This chart displays the average score for each day (i.e. the average from the hourly scores over that 24-hour period). If you click a day's column, it displays the name of the sensor that had the highest score for the most number of hours during that day:
Note
If there are values missing, it likely means that the asset was not running those days. You should start receiving risk data again once the asset is back online.
To hide columns for a specific risk level, click the risk level in the legend. Click the risk level a second time when you want to display it again.
To change the dates displayed in the chart, select new dates in the Daily Risk History Date Range filter:
Latest risk level by sensor
This list shows the highest risk level each sensor reached on the date in the Latest risk data as of tile:
An asset's sensors are created as child assets in your CMMS during initial setup. To learn more, see step 3 in Overview: Asset Risk Predictor setup.
Past risk levels by sensor
Similar to the tile above, this tile lists the past risk levels for each sensor as of the dates you select, allowing you to dive deeper into risk data for specific dates:
To change the dates displayed, select new dates in the Past Risk Levels Date Range filter:
Top 10 active work orders
A list of the 10 highest priority work orders for this asset:
To view a work order, click its work order code and select Go to Work Order.
10 most recently closed work orders
A list of the 10 most recently closed work orders:
You can use this information to view recent work on the asset. As with the tile above, you can view a work order by clicking its work order code and selecting Go to Work Order.
Report generated on
The Asset Risk Predictor dashboard is updated daily. This tile displays the date that it was last updated, which would typically be today's date:
Because the dashboard displays data from the previous date, this date should be one day later than the date in the Latest risk data as of tile.
