Before you begin
Users with this permission enabled will have access to the All Work Orders filter in the mobile app.
Enabling this feature also enables viewing work requests in the mobile app. To learn more, see Enable viewing work requests in the mobile app.
When a user or a user group has access to the Work orders administration permission, those users can view closed work orders in the Work Orders and Assets tabs of the mobile app.
To enable viewing closed work orders in the mobile app:
- In the web app, navigate to Settings > User Groups.
- Click the user group you want to enable access for.

Click the Page Permissions tab:
- In the Page drop-down list, select Work Orders.

Select the Can Access The 'Work Orders Administration' Page checkbox:
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 2-6 for any additional user groups you want to enable access for.
