To create a new work order:
- In Maintenance > Work Orders, click the Create button:
- If you have more than one site configured, select a site from the Site drop-down list.
- Do one of the following:
- If you know which assets are associated with this work order, select them from the Assets drop-down list:
- If you're not sure which assets are associated with this work order, select the I can't find the asset checkbox:
- If you know which assets are associated with this work order, select them from the Assets drop-down list:
- Fill out the work order details in the Summary tab.
- Click Save to create your work order.
Once your work order has been created, you can add any of the following information:
