Before you begin
This feature is available on Enterprise plans only and requires an additional setup fee and yearly platform fee.
Fiix supports single-sign on (SSO), which allows users to securely access Fiix through your organization’s identity provider (IdP), like Azure AD, Okta, or Google. With SSO, users log in once using their IdP credentials without having to remember separate usernames and passwords for each app they use. Once SSO is set up, users will log in to Fiix using their IdP credentials and won’t be able to log in or out using their Fiix credentials.
To set up SSO with Fiix, your organization needs to have a compatible IdP. Fiix supports SAML2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols. SSO can be enabled on both new and pre-existing tenants.
