Before you begin
Upgrading your Fiix plan can only be done by the Account Owner on Free tiers.
For users on Basic, Professional, or Enterprise tiers, upgrading or changing your plan can only be done by contacting your Fiix representative. To change your plan, contact your Customer Success Manager or our support team.
To upgrade or change your plan from Free tier to a different tier:
Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
Click Upgrade Plan.
Select your preferred plan.
