Upgrade or change plan

Before you begin

Upgrading your Fiix plan can only be done by the Account Owner.

Upgrading your plan will affect your plan's monthly or annual cost. Plans paid using credit cards will be updated automatically, while plans using electronic funds transfer (EFTs) or check have 15 days to remit payment.

To upgrade or change your plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.

  2. Click Upgrade Plan.

  3. Select your preferred plan.

  4. Click OK.
