Converting a site into a facility may affect user group assignments.

Version: v5 and v6 User Management
Audience: Administrators
Downgrade a site to change it into a facility. The facility will then be moved to an existing site or No Site.
Users and user groups can't be assigned to a facility. A downgraded site no longer has its own time zone, and uses the same time zone as their parent site or the system default time zone.
To downgrade a site:

Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings > Sites.

Click Downgrade/Remove next to the site you want to downgrade:
- Click the site that you want to move the converted site to:

In the confirmation pop-up, click OK.

Click Save.
