Delete a custom field

This article includes the following:

• Delete a custom field in Settings (Professional plans only)
• Delete a custom field in the data dictionary (Enterprise plans only)

Delete a custom field in Settings

To do this:

1. Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings.
2. Click the Custom Fields tab:
   
3. Hover over the item to delete and click the trash can icon:
   
4. Click OK to finish deleting the field:
   

Delete custom fields in the data dictionary

To do this:

1. Navigate to Settings > Data Dictionary.
2. Click the table that the custom field appears in. For example, if the custom field is for assets, click tblAsset.
3. Hover over the item to delete and click the trash can icon:
