Before you begin
This feature is only available to customers on the Professional and Enterprise tiers.
You must activate this feature before you can use it. To learn how, see Enable moving assets in the mobile app.
You must be connected to the internet to move an asset.
You can move assets from one location or parent to another in the mobile app.
To do this:
- Navigate to an asset's Details tab.
- Tap Move Asset:
- Use the search bar or scan feature to search for the asset's new location, or click Change Site if the new location is at another site:
- (Optional) In the Notes field, add a note about the move.
- Click Save.
