Before you begin
You must add a meter to the equipment before you can record readings on it.

To record a meter reading:
- In Assets > Equipment, make sure that the Equipment button is selected:
- Click the name of the piece of equipment you want to record a reading for.
- Click the Maintenance Log tab:
- Expand the Meters section.
- In the row for the meter you want to record the reading against, enter the reading in the Add Meter Reading column:
- To save the reading, press the Enter key or click the checkmark next to the reading.
