Audience: Administrators and users with page-level Can Access (ex. Scheduled Maintenance Can Access) and Save permissions enabled.
In the maintenance log you can view information about your equipment. Four expandable sections contain equipment details such as when its record was created, status changes, associated scheduled maintenance, and associated work orders.
To view the maintenance log for a piece of equipment:
- In Assets > Equipment, click the name of the equipment record you want to view the log for:
- Click the Maintenance Log tab:
- Do any of the following:
- To view status changes for this equipment record, expand the Status Changes section:
- To view the meters associated with this equipment record, expand the Meters section. To learn more, see Meters.
- To view the work orders associated with the equipment, expand the Work Orders section.
Note: This section is view-only. To edit a work order, navigate to Maintenance > Work Orders. - To view Scheduled Maintenance associated with the equipment, expand the Scheduled Maintenance section.
