We provide the following dashboards:
Folder | Dashboard title | Description |
---|---|---|
Shared | Active work orders |
This dashboard shows you important information about your active work orders at a glance, which can help you figure out which work orders need your attention first. |
Analytics dashboard list |
This dashboard lists all of the other dashboards we provide in Analytics. You can use it to get more information about each dashboard and to navigate between dashboards without using the folder structure. |
|
Asset costs |
This dashboard helps you keep track of your month-to-date, year-to-date, and all-time asset costs, including labor costs, stock costs, and miscellaneous costs. |
|
Asset criticality |
This dashboard summarizes the criticality levels you've assigned to your assets and helps you track your progress toward rating your equipment. |
|
Asset insights selector |
This dashboard can help you choose which assets to include in asset insights. All of the assets listed have enough data to qualify for asset insights. If the dashboard is blank, that means that none of your assets have enough data to generate insights. |
|
Basic maintenance KPIs |
This dashboard provides some standard metrics to help you track your team's performance and their use of the CMMS. You can also copy tiles on this dashboard to your own custom dashboards (requires a creator license). |
|
Blank |
This dashboard doesn't display any content. Instead, it acts as a blank canvas that you can copy when creating your own dashboard. To learn more, see Create a new dashboard. |
|
Data quality for active work orders |
This dashboard shows your data quality metrics for active work orders that were created in the past 3 months. You can use this information to identify gaps in work order data. Filling in these gaps can improve your planning and maintenance efficiency, as well as increase the accuracy and impact of the insights generated via AI (work order insights, asset insights, etc.). |
|
Data quality for closed work orders |
This dashboard offers similar insights as the Data quality for active work orders dashboard, but for closed work orders. It shows your data quality metrics for closed work orders, which you can use to identify gaps in your work order data that could affect your maintenance planning and efficiency. |
|
Failure codes |
This dashboard helps you understand the problems identified in work orders and how they correlate to causes and actions taken to resolve them. Note: Failure codes are only available on the Enterprise plan. This dashboard is still displayed to users on the Professional plan, but it will be blank. |
|
Overall costs |
This dashboard helps you understand your maintenance costs, including costs associated with work order line items and your parts on hand inventory. You can also use this dashboard to track which assets, parts, and sites have the highest costs. |
|
Parts overview |
This dashboard can be used to track your parts inventory, including the value of your stock on hand, low parts, and open purchase orders. |
|
Rotating asset tracker |
This dashboard helps you keep track of your asset moves, including which assets are checked out and which moves are overdue (i.e. past their return date). |
|

This dashboard provides insights into how actively your users have adopted your CMMS, including how many have logged in and when their last login date was. It can also help you track other CMMS adoption metrics, such as work order creation and closure, as well as work request portal usage. |
