This dashboard shows you important information about your active work orders at a glance, which can help you figure out which work orders need your attention first:

The dashboard contains the following tiles:
Tile |
Description |
---|---|
Active |
The number of active work orders (i.e. work orders assigned the Active status). |
Due Later Today |
The number of work orders that are due today, but are not yet late. |
Late |
The number of work orders that are still active after their suggested completion date and time. |
No Due Date |
The number of work orders that don’t have a suggested completion date. |
Late Work Orders |
A pie chart of late work orders, with slices that show exactly how late they are. For example, you could use this chart to see how many of your late work orders were due earlier today, versus how many were due more than two weeks ago. |
Late High-Priority Work Orders |
A bar chart that shows how many late, high-priority work orders are assigned to each user. This tile includes work orders assigned one of the top 2 priority levels. To reorder priority levels, drag and drop the priority in Settings > CMMS Settings > Lookup Tables > Priorities. To learn more, see (ADD LINK). |
Active WOs by User |
A table with bar charts that show the number of active work orders assigned to each user. The table breaks these work orders into 2 separate columns depending on whether they were generated from scheduled maintenance. |
Active WOs by Type |
A table with a bar chart that shows the number of active work orders for each maintenance type (inspection, preventive, etc.). |
Active WOs by Priority |
A pie chart that shows how many active work orders there are for each priority (high, low, etc.). |
Top 25 Assets with Open WOs |
A bar chart that shows how many active work orders there are for each asset (by asset code). |
