Before you begin
Changing your number of licenses will affect your plan's monthly or annual cost. Plans paid using credit cards will be updated automatically, while plans using electronic funds transfer (EFT) or check have 30 days to remit payment. Your number of licenses affects the number of active users you can have in your CMMS. Each license allows one active user. Plans are typically billed according to the number of total licenses.
When you click Account Settings, you'll be taken to the License Management window, where you can see your plan's total licenses and usage:
In this example, the CMMS has 110 total licenses with 11 active users. 99 more users can be activated before they need to add more licenses.
This article outlines how to adjust your number of licenses in your CMMS:
Add licenses from Account Settings
Both administrators and account owners with the necessary permissions can edit seats from Account Settings.
To adjust the number of licenses from the Account Settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Account Settings. This opens the License Management page in your browser.

Click Add Licenses.
- Enter the number of additional licences you'd like to add (not total licenses) and click Checkout.
- Fill in the purchase order form with your information and click Place Order.
- Save your order confirmation number for future reference.
Remove licenses
To remove user licenses or adjust your subscription, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Support.
