Before you begin
Enabling this feature also enables viewing closed work orders in the mobile app. To learn more, see Enable viewing closed work orders in the mobile app.
Users with this permission enabled will see the All Work Orders filter instead of My Team's Work when filtering work orders by assignment. However, if their organization has more than 7000 active work orders, they will continue seeing My Team's Work.
When this feature is enabled, the mobile app displays the Work Requests tab in the Work Orders feature of the mobile app. To learn more about work requests, see View and edit a work request.
To enable work requests in the mobile app:

In the web app, navigate to Settings > User Groups.

Select the user group you want to enable access for.

Click the Page Permissions tab:

In the Page drop-down list, select Work Orders.

Select the Can Access The 'Work Orders Administration Page' checkbox:

Click Save.

Repeat steps 2-6 for any additional user groups you want to enable access for.
