This is calculated by dividing your total number of hours for completed scheduled work orders by the total number of hours for all completed work orders and multiplying by 100%.

Scheduled work orders come from scheduled maintenance. You must log hours completed on each work order for this widget to give accurate data. Work orders must also be closed and completed to be included in this calculation.

Displays the percentage of preventive maintenance tasks completed on time in a given period.

This is calculated by dividing the total number of scheduled work orders completed on time by the total number of completed scheduled work orders and multiplying by 100%.

Work orders must be closed and completed to be included in this calculation.

Displays the percentage of scheduled maintenance work orders completed before the suggested completion date.

This is calculated by dividing the number of scheduled work orders completed on time by the total number of scheduled work orders (and multiplying by 100 to convert to a percentage).

Any scheduled maintenance work orders that are closed late will lower your compliance number. The best practice is to ensure all your scheduled maintenance work orders have a suggested completion date.
