This release includes the following changes:

Tenant cloning

Before you begin

This service is only available to customers on the Enterprise tier.

If you need a copy of your Fiix tenant (for example, as a separate environment for API development), you can now request one through your Fiix representative. Currently, the lead time for creating your cloned tenant is approximately 4 weeks.

To request a cloned tenant, please contact your Fiix representative.

 

Database export enhancements

Before you begin

This feature is only available to customers on the Enterprise tier.

We've recently made the following enhancements to database exports:

  • You can now trigger and retrieve database exports via API, which allows you to automate your exports. To learn more, see the new DataExport RPC in our API Reference guide.

  • We've optimized the export process, making it faster and more efficient.

  • Exports now include the following tables: tblCalendarEvent, tblScheduledMaintenaceActivityLog, tblAssetActivityLog, and tblSiteUser.

Additional API enhancements

Our API (version 2.19.1) now supports the following functionality:

  • The new FileUpload RPC allows you to add files to Work Orders, Assets, and Purchase Orders via API.

  • The new AssetResolved RPC resolves the asset hierarchy structure within the CMMS, allowing you to trace the parent asset for a given child asset.
