Add an event trigger to scheduled maintenance

Event triggers generate work orders when an asset event occurs on an associated asset.

To add an event trigger to a scheduled maintenance record:

1. Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you want to add a trigger to in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
2. Click the Scheduling tab:
   
3. Specify whether the to generate a work order upon all of the triggers being satisfied, or any of the triggers, by selecting the corresponding option in the tab:
   
4. Click the Add icon at the bottom left of the table:
   
5. In the Scheduled Maintenance Trigger window, select Generate Work Order By Event Trigger:
   
6. If this is a multi-asset scheduled maintenance record, select the asset for this trigger:
   
7. Select the asset event for the trigger:
   
8. Click OK.
9. Click Save in the top menu bar.
