After deleting a part from a scheduled maintenance record, it will no longer be included on the generated work order.
You can either delete a single part or multiple parts at a time.
Single deletion
To delete a part on a scheduled maintenance record:
- Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you delete a part from in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Click the Parts tab:
- Hover over the part you want to delete, and click the Delete icon:
- Click OK.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
Bulk deletion
To delete multiple parts on a scheduled maintenance record:
- Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you delete a part from in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Click the Parts tab:
- Select the checkboxes for the parts you want to delete, or select the checkbox in the header row to select all parts in the list:
- Click the Delete icon (
) at the bottom left of the tab.
- Click OK.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
