You can add administrator notes to scheduled maintenance to record any additional information. These notes only appear on the scheduled maintenance record and not any generated work orders.
To add general notes that appear on generated work orders, you can add notes as an attachment to scheduled maintenance.
To add administrator notes to scheduled maintenance:
- Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you want to add notes to in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Click the Notes tab:
- In the Admin Notes field, enter notes as needed:
- When you're done, click Save in the top menu.
