By default, tasks are displayed in the order they are created. However, you can reorder them as needed. For instance, you may want your tasks to be displayed in the order you want them completed. These changes will be applied in any work orders generated after saving.
To reorder tasks on scheduled maintenance:
- If the scheduled maintenance record you want to reorder tasks in isn't already open, click it in the scheduled maintenance list (in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance).
- Click the Labor Tasks tab:
- Click and hold the Reorder icon for the task you want to reorder:
- Drag and drop the task to the desired place in the list.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
