Any changes made to tasks will only affect work orders generated after the changes have been saved.
You can either delete a single task or multiple tasks at a time.
Single deletion
To delete a task on a scheduled maintenance record:
- Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you want to delete a task from in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Click the Labor Tasks tab:
- Hover over the entry for the task that you want to delete.
- Click the trash icon that appears:
- Repeat steps 3 to 4 as needed for any other tasks.
- Click OK.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
Bulk deletion
To delete multiple parts on a scheduled maintenance record:
- Navigate to the scheduled maintenance record you want to add a part to in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance.
- Click the Parts tab:
- Select the checkboxes for the parts you want to delete, or select the checkbox in the header row to select all parts in the list:
- Click the Delete icon (
) at the bottom left of the tab.
- Click OK.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
