You require necessary permissions to edit scheduled maintenance records. To learn more, see Allow access to scheduled maintenance.

You can edit scheduled maintenance records individually by making changes in the record itself. You can also edit the trigger time of multiple scheduled maintenance records at once.
Edit scheduled maintenance individually
Any changes (aside from scheduling and trigger changes) will be reflected in subsequently generated work orders. They are not reflected in any existing SM work orders.
To edit scheduled maintenance:
- Navigate to Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance, and click the record you want to edit.
- Make any needed changes.
- Click Save in the top menu bar.
Edit multiple trigger times simultaneously
Note
You can only bulk edit scheduled maintenance records that already have set trigger times.
To bulk edit trigger times:
- In Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance, select the checkboxes for the records you want to bulk edit:
You can select the topmost checkbox to select all records on the page. - In the top menu bar, click More > Edit:
- Use the drop-downs in the Trigger Time column to select new trigger times:
You can select different times for each selected scheduled maintenance record, or use the topmost drop-down to select the same time for all of them. - Click OK.
Your changes are saved.
