Before you begin
If you're using v6 Equipment, it is currently not possible to generate a work order with a meter reading or event trigger.
Plans: All plans give access to scheduled maintenance, although some features are only available for paid plans.
Permission: Access to scheduled maintenance
A scheduled maintenance record generates work orders when specified triggers are fired. These triggers can be based on time, meter readings, or events. For example, you might have scheduled maintenance that generates a work order every week, or every 500 kilometers recorded on a meter.
This feature is located in Maintenance > Scheduled Maintenance:

In scheduled maintenance, you customize the work order before it is generated. Much like a regular work order, you can add tasks, notifications, parts, files, and other information.
Once generated, the work order will appear in the work order list (Maintenance > Work Orders). You can view the associated scheduled maintenance record of each work order in the Scheduled Maintenance column of the list.
