View contact information of work requester on work orders
Before you begin
This feature is currently only available to v5 customers, and only appears on work orders that were originally work requests submitted through the Work Request Portal.
To find out if you're on v5 or v6, see Which version of Work Orders am I using?
Work orders can now display the contact information (email address and/or phone number) of the person who submitted the original work request:
You can tap the email address to copy it or open a draft email. Similarly, you can tap the phone number to make a call.
To use this feature, you may need to configure your work request form. See Enable viewing work requester contact information in the mobile app to learn how.
Enhanced swipe to complete for inspection tasks
We've reimplemented and enhanced swipe to complete for inspection tasks:
As pictured above, the N/A option now appears if enabled for your CMMS.
Note
You cannot save an inspection task before selecting an inspection result.
Improved sync indicator
The Sync icon () now rotates during both manual and automatic sync. To learn more about syncing the app, see here.
Enhanced site picker for Android app
The site picker now displays all your sites in another page. To view it, navigate to More and tap the name of your current site to view your sites. You can then select a site or use the search bar to find a result.
To learn more, see Switch sites in the mobile app
