Enable viewing work requester contact information in the mobile app

By default, work orders in the mobile app display the name of the person who submitted the original work request. However, you can also configure the work request form to collect the requester's phone number and email address. These additional fields will then also be displayed on the work order in the mobile app. 

To enable viewing additional work requester contact information in work orders:

1. Navigate to Settings > CMMS Settings >  Work Request Portal.
2. If you want to require the requester's email address on the form, select the Require guest email address checkbox under Sign-in Requirements:
   
3. If you want to require the requester's phone number:
   1. In the Form table, click Add Field:
      
   2. Click Phone User Guest:
      
   3. Click OK.
   4. In the Form table, select the Field Entry Required checkbox next to Phone User Guest:
4. Click Save in the top menu bar.
   Work orders in the mobile app should now display the email and phone number of the work requester:
