This dashboard provides an overview of your active, pending, and upcoming work orders, allowing you to better plan ahead and allocate resources:

This dashboard contains the following tiles:

| Work order overview | Active work orders | The total number of active work orders. |
| Active SMs | The total number of active scheduled maintenance. | |
| Overdue active work orders | The total number of active work orders that are still open past their suggested completion date. | |
| No suggested completion date | The total number of active work orders that don't have a suggested completion date. | |
| Schedule compliance last 30 days | A pie chart showing the percentage of work orders that were completed on time in the past 30 days, vs the number that were late, not completed, missing a suggested completion date, etc. | |
| Work order planning status | A bar chart showing how many work orders were planned (i.e. had a suggested completion date) vs unplanned (i.e. didn't have a suggested completion date). | |
| Assigned work orders due this week | Assigned work orders | A table showing the number of assigned work orders due each day this week. |
| Work orders by assignee | A table showing how many work orders are due this week for each assignee. | |
| Work order tasks by assignee | A table showing how many tasks each assignee has in their work orders due this week. | |
| SMs due this week | Number of work orders | The total number of work orders due this week from scheduled maintenance. |
| Est. hours | The total number of estimated hours in work orders due this week from scheduled maintenance. | |
| SMs due this week (yet to trigger) | A column chart showing how many work orders from scheduled maintenance will trigger on future days this week. It also shows the total estimated hours from scheduled maintenance for each day, as well as the number of work orders that will be generated without estimated hours. | |

| Overdue pending work orders | The total number of work orders that are past their suggested completion date, but aren't active yet (i.e. are assigned a status with the "Pending" control). | |
| Overdue pending work orders est. hours | The total number of estimated hours from overdue, pending work orders. | |
| Top 5 assets with overdue work orders | A column chart showing which assets have the most overdue work orders, how many each of these assets has, and the breakdown between corrective work orders and work orders generated via scheduled maintenance. |
