Schedule dashboard delivery
You can set up a scheduled delivery so that the ARP dashboards are emailed to you automatically at the start of the day. This allows you to look quickly at the dashboard and decide whether there's anything that requires immediate attention.
To schedule dashboard delivery:
- Open the Asset Risk Prediction Overview or Asset Risk Predictor dashboard.
- In the dashboard menu, click Schedule delivery:
- In the Time field, select what time you want to receive the report each day:
- In the Email addresses field, enter the email addresses for anyone you want to send the dashboard to.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) To scheduled delivery of additional dashboards (for example, the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard for a different asset), repeat steps 1-5.
The dashboard will automatically be emailed as a PDF every day at the time you selected.
Set up alerts
In addition to scheduling delivery of the dashboard, you can also set up alerts that notify users automatically if risk scores reach a certain threshold. For example, you could configure the application to notify you whenever the daily risk level is high (i.e. the risk score is over 800).
To set up an alert:
- Open the Asset Risk Prediction Overview or Asset Risk Predictor dashboard.
- In the tile you want to set up an alert for, click the alert icon :
Note: You can only add alerts to tiles with a numeric measure. This means that for ARP, you can only add alerts on the risk history charts (i.e. the column charts). - Enter a name for the alert (e.g. "High risk alert") in the field provided.
- In the Condition section, select one of the risk levels:
- In the operator drop-down list, select is greater than.
- In the field provided, enter a value. Typically, you would enter the value for the risk level you selected.
In the example above, you would receive an alert any time the daily risk score is above 800, which corresponds to the high risk level. - Enter the email addresses you want to send alerts to.
- In the Time drop-down list, select what time you want alerts to be sent:
- Click Save Alert.
View the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard
The Asset Risk Prediction Overview dashboard gives you high-level information about your asset risks. If an asset is assigned a medium or high risk level, you should open its Asset Risk Predictor dashboard to view more information.
To view the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard for an asset, click the asset in the Latest Risk Level section, and then click More Details:

Check work orders
When viewing the Asset Risk Predictor dashboard for a medium- or high-risk asset, check the lists of active and recently closed work orders:
The work orders in these lists represent ongoing and recent work for this asset. To view more information about one of the work orders, click it in the list and select Go To Work Order:
Once you've looked through the work orders, you can determine whether you need to create a new work order to address the risk, reprioritize current work, etc. If you've enable Fiix prescriptive maintenance, the CMMS will automatically create work orders for you.
