Bulk import for equipment is only available for users who have the Manage equipment permission enabled on Basic, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

The bulk import feature allows you to import multiple equipment records or warranties with an in-app tool. You can either manually enter data or import data from a spreadsheet.
This article details how to use the bulk import tool without using a spreadsheet. To manually enter data in the bulk import tool:
- Navigate to Assets > Equipment.
- Click the Action (…) button.
- Click Import equipment or Import warranties:
- Click Manually enter data to skip uploading a spreadsheet and directly enter your data:
- Type or copy your data into the table. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Click Submit. If there are any issues with the data, the form will not submit and will show an error message. You can fix any issues with the data before trying again.
- In the success message, click Continue.
