Permissions: Access to Fiix MAX
These pre-release notes offer a preview of an upcoming release. As a result, some details may change between now and the actual release date.
In this release, we've made the following changes to Fiix MAX:
Enhanced scope
Fiix MAX can now answer questions about the following:
- Files on assets (metadata only): Fiix MAX can tell you which tasks have attachments, as well as an attachment's name and upload information. However, it does not have access to the content of the attachments.
- Cycle counts: This allows you to ask questions related to cycle counts such as "What was the inventory rate last quarter?" and "How many cycle counts were completed this year?"
- ABC classification data: Fiix MAX can now answer queries such as "Show all Class A parts at this site" and "Which parts changed from Class C to Class A this year?"
- Origin of parts: You can now ask Fiix MAX whether a part was added manually or through a BOM.
- Purchase orders and receipts information: This includes questions such as "Which POs are still open or overdue?" and "How much was spent on parts this quarter, broken down by supplier or site?"
