Before you begin
Plans: Professional, Enterprise
Permissions: Access to Fiix MAX
In this release, we've made the following changes to Fiix MAX:
Enhanced scope
Fiix MAX can now answer questions about the following:
- Task groups: The chatbot can now answer questions about task groups and their associations (e.g. tasks belonging to the group, the records that used the task group, and the group's associated asset category). You can also ask about the number of tasks in a task group, as well as the total estimated hours to complete a task group.
- Files on tasks: You can now ask about attachments uploaded to any tasks. Fiix MAX can tell you which tasks have attachments, as well as an attachment's name and upload information. However, it does not have access to the content of the attachments.
-
Failure codes: Fiix MAX can now answer questions about your failure codes (e.g. Which problem code would apply to this scenario? Which cause codes are associated with this work order?).
If nesting has been set up, the Fiix MAX will respect nesting levels and only recommend cause and action codes according to the problem code selected.
Streamlined process for contacting support
We've improved the process for contacting our support team the chatbot. Now, Fiix MAX immediately displays a link to submitting a support ticket once you ask for human assistance.
