Plans: All plans
By default, projects will be active after being created. When selecting a project (e.g. in a work order), only active projects are displayed. Once that project is complete, you can deactivate (i.e. archive) it so that it's no longer displayed in the Project drop-down list.
To archive a project:
- Navigate to Maintenance > Projects.
- Click the project you want to deactivate.
- Click the toggle so that it displays Inactive:
- Click Save.
