Asset Risk Predictor must be purchased separately from a Fiix representative. To learn more, see ARP eligibility FAQ.
Risk-based work orders can be activated by users through the Risk Predictor Settings page in the app.
However, activating prescriptive work orders involves the above process as well as activating Fiix Prescriptive Maintenance. This requires contacting a Fiix representative.
To activate risk-based or prescriptive work orders:
- In your CMMS, navigate to Assets > Risk Predictor Settings.
- (Optional) If you want to generate prescriptive work orders, follow the process for activating Fiix Prescriptive Maintenance.

- Click the Create risk-based work orders automatically toggle:
- Click OK on the dialog that displays.
