Once you've activated a workflow, you can monitor its activity on the Executions tab:
This tab lists each time that the workflow ran, and indicates whether it was successful. Click an instance in the list to view a full log of all the activities it ran:
You can use this information when testing a workflow. For example, you could activate a workflow, create a situation that will cause the trigger to fire (e.g. close a work order), and then check the Execution tab to verify that it ran successfully.
To monitor a workflow's activity:
- Go to Settings > Workflows.
- Click the workflow you want to monitor activity for.
- Click the Executions tab:
- To view a full log of the activities it ran, click a row in the tab.
- Click OK to close the log.
- Click OK again to close the workflow screen and return to the worklows list.
