Before you begin
Deleted workflows cannot be restored. If you might need the workflow again later, you could deactivate it instead.
Plans: Enterprise only
Audience: Administrators
If you no longer need one of your workflows, you can either:

Deactivate it to prevent it from running, but keep it in case you want to activate it again later.

Delete the workflow entirely if you’re sure you’ll never need to activate it again.
To delete a workflow entirely:
- Go to Settings > Workflows.
- Hover your cursor over the workflow you want to delete.
- Click the delete (trashcan) icon:
- In the message that appears, click OK.
