Monitor workflow activity

Once you've activated a workflow, you can monitor its activity on the Executions tab:

This tab lists each time that the workflow ran, and indicates whether it was successful. Click an instance in the list to view a full log of all the activities it ran:

You can use this information when testing a workflow. For example, you could activate a workflow, create a situation that will cause the trigger to fire (e.g. close a work order), and then check the Execution tab to verify that it ran successfully.

To monitor a workflow's activity:

1. Go to Settings > Workflows.
2. Click the workflow you want to monitor activity for.
3. Click the Executions tab:
   
4. To view a full log of the activities it ran, click a row in the tab.
5. Click OK to close the log.
6. Click OK again to close the workflow screen and return to the worklows list.
